$1200? A whole house on $1200, and NOT from a big box store? I get that a lot and here is one example of it. This home was built by Cosgrove Construction in Edgerton, Wisconsin. They’re nice people, fun to work with, and insist on quality. So in this house I tapped Kichler. I selected lighting that would seamlessly flow from one room to the next because of the cool open floor plan. In the kitchen it’s all recessed lighting and pendants over the breakfast bar. In the dining area? More recessed lighting and a terrific chandelier, all in the same brushed nickel finish that looks fresh and expensive. We crowned the family room with a beautiful ceiling fan and shocked the client with two more ceiling fans in two of the three bedrooms. Ceiling fans? On a budget? Absolutely! Because this family chose elements to help run this house on a budget, too. We love to work on elaborate plans for executive homes. But when a family on a budget needs help we’re the place to shop because you can have beautiful lighting, and, lighting experts to show you the way.
